LOAM LISTEN

From 2020 to 2022, we curated “Loam Listen” in collaboration with writer, interviewer, and PLANTCRAFT creator Amirio Freeman. “Loam Listen” was a dynamic podcast that brought our readers into deeper conversation with our constellation of creatives. Topics included full-spectrum care and collective liberation with Michelle Loo and decomposition as compass with Jordan Alexander Williams. 

At the close of the second season, Amirio began to reflect on how they could harness the wisdom and insight from Loam Listen into new forms. In response to a call for a collective homecoming to deep relationality of all kinds, he developed the Down to Earth Deck, a set of 40 conversation cards created to spark discussion about how each of us might connect back to ourselves, our communities, and the earth to nurture healing and take action toward building new worlds.
