I've been a little antsy to MOVE lately. I want to travel, to do, to hike. I want to be anywhere but where I am right now.
Whenever I feel this way, I remind myself that there is so much to experience in my backyard alone. I hope the Guided Meditation booklet, above, will help you enjoy the now, wherever that may be. Take a long walk. Journal. Drink tea. Stroll through your streets as if you were a stranger. And remember that sometimes, the act of focusing on our breath is a journey unto itself.
